Lucky arrives at Laura’s office, and she immediately senses he’s leaving Port Charles. Lucky knows she wanted him to stay, but this isn’t where he belongs right now. He believes this is best for him, so she says there is nothing to apologize for.
Lucky says he promised he’d never abandon her again, but Laura insists he hasn’t. Laura says it does her no good to have him here if he’s unhappy, but she has to ask what changed. He tells his mom about the proposal gone wrong and that he and Liz realized they love one another and want what is best for the other, which means taking different paths.
Laura tells Lucky she’s grateful he came home and reconnected with the people he loves and who love him. Lucky says it’s time to head to the airport, as he and Aiden are off on their summer adventure. Laura asks him to try a little harder to keep in touch, and she will miss him. She cries, hugs him, and wants him to know that he has her blessing to go. Later, as she sits at her desk alone, Laura looks at a photo of Lucky when he was just a little kid.

Martin warns Tracy that she should be nicer to him, as she could use his services sooner than she thinks. He heard about her arrest, but Tracy insists Drew framed her. Martin guesses there are many ways Drew could make her life miserable, and it would behoove her to have someone on her side who has worked with Drew before. He warns her it will cost her, though.

Isaiah Oversteps
In Portia’s office, Isaiah picks up her phone off the floor and hands it to her. She says it was another one of those spam calls she can’t stop. He thought for a moment that throwing her phone had to do with her lying to her husband. Isaiah admits he didn’t mean to, but he overheard her yelling the other day that if her husband found out she was lying, her marriage would be over.
Isaiah can tell something is weighing on her, and he’s here to listen if she needs it. He also says it might be best she take a step back from all her duties right now to avoid making a mistake. Portia states she is fine, she can handle the stress, and her marriage is none of his business. He says he understands and departs.
One Final Goodbye
Isaiah joins Liz at the nurses’ station and admits he’s shocked she told Lucky to go. Liz explains that Port Charles has never been Lucky’s home, and if they tried to make it work, they’d only end up broken-hearted. He asks if she’s sure she’s said everything she needs to say to Lucky.
Lucky and Aiden arrive at the airport, and Lucky says they will start this trip in his grandpa’s old stomping ground, Amsterdam. Suddenly, Lucky gets a text from Liz asking him to wait for her.
Aiden boards the plane, and Lucky waits behind. An attendant tells him he has to board now. Liz arrives, but without luggage. Lucky hoped for a second that she was coming with them. Liz thought about it, but couldn’t let him leave without knowing she loves him and’ll never stop. He says he loves her too, more than ever. She asks him to be happy, take care of himself, and get Aiden home to her safely. Lucky is then forced to board, but kisses Liz one last time. He says he’ll think of her whenever he sees something beautiful, and tells her goodbye. The doors close behind him, and she says, “Goodbye.”

Curtis Hires a PI
Curtis has called Felicia into his office and revealed he wants to hire her. He needs her PI skills and wants her to find Jacinda for a story Aurora is writing. Felicia knows who the woman is and says she could be tough to track down, as someone has probably paid her to stay hidden.
Felicia will find her, but needs an assurance he won’t force her into the light if she wants to stay hiding. Curtis only wants to talk to her and make her an offer, but he’ll respect her decision if she wants nothing to do with him. They shake, and Felicia heads out just as Jordan shows up.
Jordan assumes Curtis hired Felicia to track down Jacinda. He admits he did, and says this has to stay between them. He intends to pay Jacinda to tell him a story that protects Portia and destroys Drew. Jordan tells him that it solves one problem but creates another. She says that if this came out, he would lose everything, including possibly his freedom. Curtis is willing to risk it as he won’t let Portia lose her medical license or go to prison.

Nina Calls Drew Out
Nina and Willow arrive at Drew’s home. Nina thinks Willow did a great job today, and then brings up what Michael said about Drew and Wiley. Willow knows Drew would never say something like that in front of Wiley, and Michael is willing to lie about Wiley to get what he wants. Nina suggests Wiley may have heard something, and that maybe the boy misheard something. Willow believes Michael is playing games with her to get into her head, and she can’t trust him.
Drew arrives home and tells Willow that she was incredible today and that they are about to get her kids back. He thinks the truth about Michael and Sasha’s baby was the game-over moment for Michael and Carly. He says they’ll soon have a fresh start in DC.
Willow decides to clear her head and goes for a walk. Nina knows Michael and Willow had a moment last night, and Willow thought they’d be able to compromise. Suddenly, everything changed this morning, and Wiley said Michael doesn’t want him and his sister, what with the new baby. She asks if he had anything to do with that? Nina says, “Even you wouldn’t be that cruel? To break Wiley’s heart that way.” Drew says what Wiley heard was exactly what needed to be heard, and when Willow wins custody, she’ll agree with him.
