Is Nathan about to shake things up in Port Charles?

After Friday’s accident victim shocked General Hospital by resembling Nathan, Anna and Dante learned whether their former fellow detective could still be alive on the September 22, 2025 episode.

Is It Nathan?

When the accident victim came rolling into GH, Lucas (Van Hansis), Anna (Finola Hughes), and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) all recognized the unconscious man. They knew it couldn’t be, considering Nathan (Ryan Paevey) was killed in 2018, but after the way his sister Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) just came back from the dead, Anna knew it could be possible.

Anna rushed a DNA test while Lucas revealed that while the John Doe has no extensive injuries, he may have heard trauma. The man has yet to wake up, but once Anna got the results that revealed John Doe’s DNA matched Nathan’s, it confirmed the man lying in the hospital bed was him.

General Hospital spoilers for September 23 tease Felicia’s shock when she discovers Nathan at the hospital, and Anna will be forced to divulge what she knows to her friend. With Maxie away at a hospital in a coma, Nathan’s return may be exactly what Felicia needs to help James (Gary James Fuller) during this tough time.

Britt’s Involvement

Of course, considering Britt was secretly alive all this time, it’s not a stretch to assume she knew Nathan was. And if these two siblings are alive…could their other brother Peter (Wes Ramsey) also be?

As if things weren’t complicated enough for Britt, now, she’s received a mysterious package of medication from a sender called “C.” While this could easily stand for Cesar Faison (Anders Hove), in Port Charles, this new enemy could be anybody.
