General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) could have a sleeping pill overdose in his future. Could Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) drugging plot go too far?
In the August 27 episode, Ava told Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) that she was having trouble sleeping and claimed her doctor couldn’t see her for a few weeks.
Lucas agreed to write Ava a sleeping pill prescription, but he specified it was only for 30 days.
Ava assured Lucas that was perfect – and we all know why! It’s clear that Ava was lying to score some sleeping pills for Ric, who’s being held hostage for 30 days while they wait on the treasure bonds to mature.
However, there’s the potential for trouble now that we basically have confirmation that Ric’s going to be drugged.
Ava loathes Ric with a burning passion and could let her vengeful desires take over at some point.
Could this sleeping pill plan go wrong? Could Ava get riled up and try to overdose Ric at some point?
After all, Ric is as much of a dangerous wildcard as Ava is.
There’s no predicting what Ric will do to Ava once he’s finally free, so she has good reasons to fear he might wipe her off the map.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) are protected a bit since they’re Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Kristen Vaganos) family.
Ric wouldn’t harm them in retaliation, but he could certainly harm Ava!
This might turn into a situation where Ava decides she’d better kill Ric before he can kill her.
Ava may end up wishing that blow to the head had taken Ric out and decide to take matters into her own hands again.
Now that we know Ava plans to drug Ric, will she go too far and cause an overdose?
If so, that could lead to Alexis, Kristina or even a rescuer like Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) discovering Ric in a dire state.
Ric might get rushed to GH immediately depending on how all this plays out, so we’ll bring you updates on any scary news ahead.
General Hospital spoilers suggest a sleeping pill fiasco could be looming!
