General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that we’ve got a fall preview to share, so let’s talk about what fans can expect this autumn on the ABC soap. There’ll be some massive plot twists along with some tight spots and unsettling discoveries, so here’s what GH viewers will see in the months ahead.
The drama at the Five Poppies Resort will reach a shocking conclusion, so we’ll see how things turn out for captive Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) may be the reason Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) returns to the resort if a burner phone call gives him a chance to make a heroic rescue.
Of course, Ryan Paevey’s (ex-Nathan West) on-screen return is just around the corner.
Whether Paevey is playing Nathan or perhaps a devious lookalike, there’s a good chance he’ll tie in with all Britt’s drama.
It’s possible Paevey’s character is behind this whole operation if he’s revealed as the mysterious associate that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) has been referring to.
There’s been speculation that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) might be the villain of this storyline, so we wouldn’t put it past Peter to pose as Nathan somehow for the next phase of all this.
Back in Port Charles, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will finally get what’s coming to him as so many characters have predicted.
Drew is clearly going down, so it’s just a matter of who’ll make it happen!
It looks like Drew will take center stage in a whodunit umbrella story that affects most of the canvas.
Even if Drew lives to tell the tale, his attempted murder could bring tons of swirling suspicions.
Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and even more characters will inevitably be looked at as suspects.
As for Sonny and Sidwell, their feud isn’t over. It may be on hold for a bit, but you can bet it’ll come roaring back with some disastrous consequences when the time is right.
Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) is also crossing some lines that Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) isn’t going to like when the truth comes out. Lucas and Marco’s romance could crash and burn down the road as a result.
Meanwhile, Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) basement stay will leave him eager to find freedom. Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) are Ric’s best hope, so will they search for answers and follow the trail to stunning news?
Alexis, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) will certainly have some explaining to do if this Ric hostage crisis gets exposed.
Naturally, there’ll be some Halloween horror happening this fall as well. It’ll be interesting to see what kind of tricks and treats are in store when the spooky holiday arrives.
Thanksgiving will also bring some heartwarming family moments, especially if Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) continue to make progress with Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza).
