General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, May 19, reveals that Michael Corinthos’ (last played by Chad Duell) paternity secret will be at risk while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) pushes Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) to call a postponement.
Now that Sonny is hoping for a path to peace, he’ll urge Willow to stop the hearing – at least until Michael can heal enough to come back to Port Charles.
Part of Willow may be tempted to go along with Sonny’s idea, but Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) hold on her is awfully strong.
It’ll be tough for Willow to go against Drew now that he’s advocating for his “Michael is an absentee father” strategy.
Meanwhile, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) may admit she’s behind this custody mess and infuriate Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) in the process.
Since Carly indeed wants custody of the kids while Michael’s out of the picture, she’ll enrage Nina and get slapped across the face as a result.
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) may catch the end of this argument and wonder what the heck is going on when she arrives.
It won’t be long until Carly opens up to Josslyn and gets some support.
Next, Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) will freak out when Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) calls her to testify.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will be brought in the loop as Sasha worries their fake baby daddy cover-up could be in jeopardy.
Michael betrayed his marriage vows and got his ex-girlfriend pregnant, so it could be disastrous for his custody chances if that came out in court.
That’s something Sasha will definitely worry about, so she’ll fill Jason in on her rising concerns.
At Aurora, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will stand by his accusation now that he’s called Drew out for blackmailing Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).
Although Curtis doesn’t have proof, he’ll blast Drew anyway and may get him to admit it’s true.
Drew has no reason to back off when he’s got the upper hand, so he’ll be feeling large and in charge on Monday’s GH episode.
If Portia and Curtis don’t go along with Drew’s orders, he could make sure the doc’s medical career gets blown to smithereens.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will talk to Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) – presumably about the whole Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) situation.
Brook Lynn may explain things to Olivia and hope she won’t be as hard on Gio as Dante Falconceri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) been.
Lois may echo that idea as she tries to protect Gio from more pain.
However, it looks like Gio will be offended over Brook Lynn and Lois’ efforts.
Since Dante has been ranting about how Gio’s been coddled, Gio will defend his ability to handle things himself.
In the end, Brook Lynn will worry she’s made a bigger mess of things as she confides in Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) later.
At the Quartermaine stables, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will speak with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) about her continued search for evidence.
Since Lulu won’t think Gio’s mom, Camilla, was ever actually pregnant, she’ll do whatever it takes to prove that news.
