Season 13 Recap: Babies, Breakups & Big Changes
In one of the season’s biggest surprises, Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) and Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) found out they’re expecting a child — just after going through the adoption process together. Meanwhile, Sam Carver (Jake Lockett) made the tough decision to leave Firehouse 51, breaking hearts — especially Violet Mikami’s (Hanako Greensmith), as the two had finally opened up about their feelings for each other.
Other major changes included a leadership shake-up at Firehouse 51, which resulted in Mouch McHolland (Christian Stolte) being promoted to lieutenant, further altering the team dynamic.
While Season 13 brought plenty of emotional highs and lows, fans will have to hold on a bit longer to see what’s next for the crew.
