Some crushing John Black (Drake Hogestyn) news will also spread, so let’s talk about what’s ahead on DOOL.
For starters, reality will hit hard following John’s demise, which will affect plenty of characters around Salem.
John was a big part of so many lives, so all his friends and family members will struggle over losing him.
Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) tried to put on a brave face by John’s hospital bedside, but she’ll really crumble on Tuesday’s Days episode.
The thought of a future without John will be tough for Marlena to even wrap her head around.
However, Marlena didn’t want John suffering and will at least be glad he’s no longer in pain.
Days spoilers say Marlena will have a good cry as she mourns and thinks back on more memories.
Meanwhile, Belle will get updates on John and reject EJ’s attempt to comfort her.
Although Belle believes EJ has changed and has fallen hard for him, she just won’t be able to deal with anything except her grief right now.
Although EJ will want to be there for Belle, he’ll likely understand and give her the space she needs to process all this.
EJ may simply offer a reminder that he’s there for Belle if she changes her mind and wants some support.
Speaking of support, Kristen will give Brady some support as well.
Days spoilers say Kristen will open up to Brady on Tuesday’s show, so she may reflect on her complicated relationship with John and console him over his loss.
Kristen might also spill to Brady about her recent deal with EJ regarding her mother, Rachel Blake (Ros Gentle), and hope that it all works out.
Of course, Brady and Kristen will continue to fret over Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) since she’s been so stressed about Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and what she witnessed the night someone fired at EJ.
Nevertheless, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Brady will have to shift his focus to John’s demise and being there for his loved ones as they reel over the gaping hole in their family.
