Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, September 1 to September 12, reveal that JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) will have a birthday party, so Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) will return for that. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will also have an awful nightmare, so here’s what DOOL fans will see in the coming episodes.
During the week of September 1-5, Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo) will enjoy a homecoming celebration with his family.
Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) and Felicity Greene (Kennedy Garcia) will have a mini bash with Aaron as the guest of honor.
Later, Aaron will land in a tricky situation with Arianna “Ari” Horton (Marissa Reyes).
Ari will end up feeling stuck, so she may be literally trapped with Aaron or perhaps stuck with him as a lab partner in a new Salem U class.
Whatever the case, this might set the stage for some flying sparks between Ari and Aaron at some point.
As for Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), he’ll be concerned since the adoption attorney that Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) supposedly used has no idea who Tate is.
This attorney clearly didn’t handle any adoption related to Tate’s baby, so Brady may admit that to Tate and fish for more information.
Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will have some fires to put out thanks to Sophia, but she’ll do her best to reassure her.
Meanwhile, Marlena will have some terrible dreams that leave her feeling haunted by the past.
Another nightmare related to Marlena’s time as “Queen of the Night” is coming up, so she’ll struggle to figure out what it all means.
Other Days spoilers say Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will confess his real feelings to Cat, so will he finally get honest about falling for her and wanting to be more than friends?
Cat will strike up a friendship with Brady next while Xander Kiriakis’ (Paul Telfer) anger management counseling with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) gets to the heart of his rage issues.
Over with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), he’ll try to make amends with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens).
That’ll be tough to do considering all the stunts EJ pulled during the trial.
As Johnny prepares for his new role as a Salem U adjunct professor, he’ll also mull over whether he’s ready to be a father.
Chanel may make another adoption pitch since Days spoilers say she’ll resume her family planning with Johnny before long.
While Marlena turns to Belle Black (Martha Madison) with a special request, Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) will report back to Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) with the latest intel from her Kiriakis investigation – including whatever she’s learned from the bug she planted.
In Xander’s office, he’ll save Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) from choking on a piece of food, but it may be a trick on Philip’s part.
Days spoilers say Philip will have some sort of test for Xander to pass, so he may want to know if Xander would actually save him in a life-threatening situation.
Once JJ’s birthday arrives, Jack and Jennifer will come home to celebrate. When Jack bumps into Gwen von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien), it appears he’ll extend an invitation to her as well.
Gwen won’t be interested in being around a bunch of people who loathe her, but Jack will try to convince her that he doesn’t feel that way.
It’ll bring some progress for Jack and Gwen’s relationship, but then something will happen to blow it all up again.
When it’s time for Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) to go before a judge and get sentenced, Brady will push for the maximum and hope Kristen stays locked up as long as possible.
Brady doesn’t realize Kristen is making a huge sacrifice for Rachel Black’s (Alice Halsey) sake, so he’ll keep being hard on her.
Back with Sophia, she’ll get caught lying to Tate again.
The deception will really start piling up as Brady and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) continue their quest for baby answers.
During the week of September 8-12, Steve and Brady will uncover even more clues about this adoption not being what it seems to be.
It’ll take some time for all the puzzle pieces to come together regarding “Tesoro,” but there’ll be some good clues along the way.
In the meantime, Cat will search for dirt on EJ and his agenda using her new job as his administrative assistant.
That’ll bring some growing concerns, especially from Chad since he doesn’t like the idea of Cat being in his devious brother’s orbit.
As for Rachel, she won’t cope well at all with Kristen’s stint in the slammer.
This could trigger some trauma for Rachel and set the stage for her buried memories about the shooting to start coming back.
Rachel will act out in some dangerous ways down the road, so stay tuned for updates on all the horror ahead.
The teens will also begin their semester at Salem U, where Sophia will kick her Tate and Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) sabotage efforts up a notch.
There’ll be plenty of chances for Sophia to make a mess of things once classes are underway and the gang’s settled in the dorms.
Finally, Marlena’s health will continue to decline as her dreams get worse and she has more fainting spells.
It’ll leave Marlena’s family with some major worries since the doctors still haven’t nailed down what’s wrong with her.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say the next two weeks will bring some shocking news and unraveling mysteries, so stay tuned.
