Coronation Street‘s Brody Michaelis will have some explaining to do after his secret escaping plan is revealed.
The troubled teen has an uncomfortable conversation with foster dad Tim Metcalfe after Gemma Winter-Brown accidentally reveals that Brody was planning to pull a runner.
In scenes airing next week, Gemma tells Tim that Brody intended to flee to Spain with his younger sisters, Joanie and Shanice, on the day of Bernie and Dev’s wedding.
A concerned Tim confronts Brody, assuring him that both he and Sally and the social services only have their best interest at heart.

“Tim and Sally thought they were all on the same page, as they’re hoping to foster both of the girls on a long-term basis now that Mick and Lou are both in prison.
“But Gemma’s revelation proves that Brody is still prone to impulsive decisions and poor choices, so they may need to keep an eye on him…”
Brody isn’t having an easy time on the cobbles. Following his stint at the Secure Training Centre, the teen has resorted to drug dealing to help his mum Lou make ends meet after Mick landed behind bars.
Recently, Brody has been exposed as the one who brought the drugs to Aadi’s party, leading to Lauren Bolton being spiked.
