At Webster’s Autos, things get silly when Cassie Plummer teases Tyrone Dobbs about a photo of his bum that Hope secretly took on her phone. The others find it hilarious, but Abi’s face says it all, she’s not laughing. When Kevin asks to see the funny pic, Abi immediately jumps in and tells Tyrone to give Hope her phone back.
According to a Corrie insider, Abi panics the moment Kevin shows interest in the photo. Soap bosses are keeping quiet about why the photo worries her so much, but things become clearer when Abi later turns to Carl for help. And given their sneaky relationship, it seems this snap might link back to them.
Tyrone agrees to let Hope have her phone back but only if she deletes the bum pic. He even throws in a reward, permission to go to a gig with Jack Webster. But Hope says she’s posting the photo online anyway! Abi hears everything and knows it’s time to act fast. She sends Carl over to No.9 with one job; get that phone before Hope hits upload. But can he reach it in time?
Earlier in the week, Abi had already taken a big risk. She faked feeling unwell to get away from Kevin and met up with Carl at No.13. But even then, she couldn’t enjoy the moment. The guilt was just too much. To help her relax, Carl suggested going for a drive. That might’ve worked, if Tyrone hadn’t shown up.
As they pulled into the precinct, Tyrone spotted Carl’s car right away. Carl jumped out quickly, trying to distract him, while Abi ducked down in the passenger seat, hoping she wouldn’t be seen. A Corrie source says it was a close call. Tyrone definitely recognised the car, now the question is whether he saw who was inside.
