The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that the feeling might be good right now, but that doesn’t mean it’s going to last very long at all.
Of course, we are talking about Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and her reunion with Ridge Forrester. (Thorsen Kaye) Seeing how both of them were planning to visit Italy together, fans saw this coming from a mile away.
Brooke’s Poisonous Love Won’t Last
And while Brooke might feel like she’s on cloud nine now that she’s back in Ridge’s arms again, reality is going to hit sooner rather than later.
That’s because it’s only going to be a matter of time before Ridge does what he’s done so many times in the past, and that’s unceremoniously dumping her. You’d think that Brooke would learn from her past mistakes, but that doesn’t seem to be the case at all.
Some fans of the soap took to social media to comment on the matter with, “Ridge was awful to Broke and said the most heinous things about her daughter. Then pretty much demanded that she choose between him and Hope when he told her to basically throw her and Beth out.”
What’s Next For Brooke Logan?
Another critic wrote, “They stretch these stories for months with hardly any nuance and then poof done.”
“The only difference is this Bridgeuation gave us too much cockeyed smug Bridge scenes of Brooke begging at Ridge and explaining the same taking over as ceo thing over and over. I can only watch the show if I pretend it’s a parody.”
And then there was this comment as well: “I know this won’t be popular statement but Bridge will continue to reunite and break up as long as this soap continues. Their roles symbolize a Romeo and Juliet star crossed lovers theme that started from the beginning.”
Of course, B&B fans will simply have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.
