General Hospital (GH) recap for Tuesday, August 12, reveals that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) slapped Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) while Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) faced a kidnapper crisis. Outback also found a new owner to go home with, so here’s what played out in Tuesday’s exciting GH episode.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Danny nervously admitted to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) that he brought someone home with him.
Once Danny showed Jason that Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) was there, he confessed to bringing her back from camp since Scout begged him.
Danny just took off with Scout and didn’t tell anyone they were going, so Jason suggested they could call Drew.
Scout didn’t want her dad involved since he’d make her leave and he kept bailing on his promises to let her visit the Q manse.
Jason eventually called Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who was having a meeting with Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) about the Scout custody situation.
Alexis rushed right over to see Scout, who talked about missing when she lived with Danny and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).
Meanwhile, Danny defended himself to Jason since he didn’t think he’d done anything wrong.
Scout just wanted to spend some time with them at the house, so Danny didn’t see the problem with that.
At the Metro Court pool, Rocco tried to help Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) find Outback a new home.
Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) showed up and gushed over the adorable dog, which reminded her of one she used to own.
Although Rocco suggested Liesl could adopt Outback, Obrecht had to decline since she was living there at the hotel.
After Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) caught a glimpse of Rocco with Liesl, she turned to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) for help kicking Obrecht out of her suite.
Carly ultimately made up an excuse about the room being toxic due to mold, but Liesl wasn’t buying it and threatened to tell Rocco that Lulu arranged this.
As for Lulu, she faced Rocco’s plea to adopt Outback since he couldn’t find anyone else to take her in.
Lulu resisted at first, but she seemingly saw this as an opportunity to get Rocco back on her side and delighted him by agreeing in the end.
Nearby, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) confronted Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) for getting Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) lecture canceled.
Anna was trying to save Emma from another lab break-in and another arrest on her record, which could ruin her future.
However, Emma later admitted to Gio that she wasn’t giving up.
The plan was to back off for a few weeks and then bring back her Dalton takedown efforts once Anna wasn’t watching Emma so closely.
At GH, Drew showed up wanting to speak with Willow, but she wasn’t interested in his help to get her kids back.
Lucas tried to help Willow get rid of Drew, but she insisted she could handle it.
Drew got a phone call about Scout going missing from camp, but Willow downplayed any alarm bells as she worked to reassure him.
However, Drew felt he should get the police involved.
In private afterward, Lucas basically acted like Willow went too easy on Drew and should’ve shut things down immediately.
Lucas called Willow out for being pathetic and claimed she seemed like a Drew addict.
The confrontation escalated to the point where Willow finally slapped Lucas across the face, so he was aghast.
Even Willow looked stunned over her own impulsive move.
Drew and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) eventually made their way to the Quartermaine mansion, where Scout complained about having to leave since she hadn’t seen Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) yet.
Drew sent Scout to the car, before ordering Chase to arrest Danny for kidnapping he was spotted leaving the camp with Scout.
That news left Danny, Jason and Alexis reeling.
At the Five Poppies Resort, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) woke up late and saw that Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) ordered them breakfast.
Vaughn put on a show for the employee that delivered the room service by giving Josslyn a kiss.
Josslyn and Vaughn eventually decided to split up for a bit as they carried out their recon mission.
That gave Josslyn some time to reflect on the moments she’d shared with Vaughn up to now, so she was clearly falling for him.
Meanwhile, Pascal (Marc Forget) was impressed over the work Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) had done in the lab – though he didn’t seem as pleased over her constantly being on her phone.
Britt couldn’t help but check out the new pics of Rocco online.
Vaughn came along and flirted with Britt, who admitted she was a resident at the resort before noticing his wedding ring.
After Vaughn confirmed he was a newlywed, he acted like his wife would be fine with their interaction and agreed to spray sunscreen on Britt’s back.
Josslyn appeared nearby and gaped at the sight of an alive Britt sitting right there next to Vaughn.
General Hospital spoilers say Josslyn will have plenty of questions thanks to this Britt sighting, so stay tuned for updates on the mystery she’ll unravel.
