General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, August 11, reveals that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will smell a scandal while some Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) custody drama threatens to erupt. Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) and Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) resort search will also get underway, so there’ll be a lot happening in Monday’s action-packed GH episode.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will question why Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has done such an about-face.
Anna changed her mind and now wants Jason to hunt Britt down, so he’ll push for the whole truth.
Anna could get convicted of treason if she blabs about Josslyn’s WSB job and current assignment, so she may stop short of confessing all that.
However, Anna might admit to scoring news about Dalmatia and realizing that’s indeed where Jason should be looking.
Jason will ultimately realize he needs to take a trip to the Five Poppies resort, which is where Vaughn and Josslyn just arrived for their faux honeymoon getaway.
Although Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is standing just across from Josslyn, Pascal (Marc Forget) might send her to the lab before Joss can catch a glimpse of her face.
Back in Port Charles, Nina will go on a fishing expedition regarding Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) love life.
Although Nina may worry things could take a scandalous turn considering Cody Bell’s (Josh Kelly) track record, Ava will feel confident she’s running the show here.
As for Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), she’ll express disappointment in Cody over his Ava dalliance.
Tracy will give Cody a lecture, so will he stay tight-lipped about his Ava seduction efforts or bring her in the loop?
Next, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) may reassure Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) after he makes an admission.
GH writers will play it up like Brennan’s going to confess something huge, but it’ll probably be pretty minor in the grand scheme of things.
Brennan definitely won’t tell Carly about his decision to recruit Josslyn for the WSB or the fact that her daughter’s lying about where she is right now.
Elsewhere, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will get the feeling that Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) supports Drew’s D.C. move, but Molly may acknowledge that it’s a tricky situation.
As much as it’d be a relief to have Drew out of town, it’d be hard for Scout to be separated from her family back in PC.
Alexis is hoping Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) can prompt Drew’s change of heart, but what happens if he stands his ground?
That could lead to Alexis taking more drastic measures since she’ll consider a legal tactic in Monday’s show.
Perhaps some Scout custody drama is about to launch if Drew insists on yanking his daughter out of her hometown.
In Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) office, she’ll push Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) to take a walk and cool off following his latest showdown with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).
Liesl will thank Laura for sticking up for her, but Laura will make it clear that’s not what she’s doing.
Laura will insist she summoned Obrecht to see if she was capable of putting Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) needs above her own.
Based on Liesl’s behavior in this meeting, Laura won’t see any positive signs that she can do that.
Lulu Spencer (Alexis Havins Bruening) will back Laura up, but Obrecht will argue that they simply have different ideas of what’s best for Rocco.
Liesl won’t think that means she’s wrong, but Laura will stand her ground and push her to prove she deserves a spot in Rocco’s life.
General Hospital spoilers say Obrecht could cause plenty more trouble, so we’ll bring you updates on all the mayhem that’s brewing.
